Michael Seraphin
Founder & Managing Director of Strats & Sparks GmbH – with deep roots in finance.
Michael learned the financial industry from the ground up. After training as a banker, he held positions as a Senior Consultant, trainer and coach for Deutsche Bank AG in the Lower Saxony region, eventually becoming Regional Manager.
He later moved into communications, becoming Managing Director and co-owner of Max Fields GmbH and serving on the board of the German American Business Chamber of South Florida – gaining valuable international experience.
Michael is also passionate about sports and community engagement in the “Region 38”. He founded the Elm Peaks Challenge – a half-marathon event that has supported regional non-profits since 2009. During the pandemic, he also launched #wirzusammen gGmbH – providing free support for freelancers and artists in crisis.
Michael additionally studied applied AI and, in his role at the novobit group GmbH, served as Global Head of Marketing & Sales and Global Head of Artificial Intelligence and Strategic Projects.
At Strats & Sparks, he now brings all that experience together – because he believes: the key to sustainable success lies in integrated consulting that bridges marketing, communication and future technologies.
Dr. Michael Strohmann

As a widely traveled expedition expert who considers the world his living room, Michael is deeply familiar with the nuances of dialogue between stakeholders with different backgrounds, expectations, and cultures. His private passion lies in endurance – both physical and mental – in all its forms.

Experienced leader and strategist for modern HR – focused on pragmatic solutions, clear structure, and effective transformation.
With a background in organizational and occupational psychology, and extensive expertise in HR operations, leadership development, and change management, Michele helps companies future-proof their people strategies. She relies on solid analysis, evidence-based methods, and a sharp eye for what’s truly feasible.
Whether it’s building high-performing teams, increasing leadership effectiveness, or introducing agile work models – Michele doesn’t just think strategically, she also gets things done. She develops and implements practical training and development programs that are grounded in science but designed for real business life.
As a consultant and implementer in one, she translates complex challenges into actionable measures – always with the goal of improving processes, empowering leaders, and boosting employee retention. She works with data, KPIs, and psychometric tools to make decisions measurable and transparent.
