As a coach at Strats & Sparks, you work individually, on equal footing – always with the goal of enabling development, whether in one-on-one settings or within teams.

Responsibilities
  • Personal coaching for consultants, leaders or emerging talent
  • Supporting development and change processes
  • Designing and delivering reflection formats and peer coaching
  • Close coordination with HR, training and regional leadership
  • Documenting, evaluating and continuously improving coaching processes
Your profile
  • Completed (certified) coaching qualification or comparable training
  • Experience in individual or group coaching – ideally in a corporate setting
  • Empathy, a diverse toolkit of methods and a structured approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a trustworthy presence
  • Digital proficiency (e.g. for remote coaching, tools, documentation)
