Responsibilities
- Design and delivery of internal trainings and workshops
- Further development of our training portfolio (in-person & digital)
- Needs analysis and alignment with leadership
- Evaluation of measures and implementation of improvements
- Active contribution to our learning culture and strategy
Your Profile
- Completed training, studies, or continuing education in the field of training, education, or similar
- Experience delivering trainings – ideally in finance or sales environments
- Confident facilitation and presentation skills
- Digital literacy and experience with learning platforms or tools
- Structured and target-group-oriented working style
