Responsibilities
- Establishing, managing and developing the Hamburg branch
- Recruiting, leading and motivating a team of financial coaches
- Responsibility for revenue, quality and development of consulting services
- Planning and executing regional sales and marketing strategies
- Representing the company at local events and networking meetings
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Close cooperation with executive management and other branch offices
Your profile
- Completed education or university degree in business, finance or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in financial services or sales
- Leadership experience and entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and organizational talent
- Ability to build, motivate and strategically lead teams
- Strong customer orientation and high level of personal responsibility
- Regional market knowledge is a plus
