Michael Seraphin
Founder & Managing Director of Strats & Sparks GmbH – with deep roots in finance.
Michael learned the financial industry from the ground up. After training as a banker, he held positions as a Senior Consultant, Trainer and Coach for Deutsche Bank AG in the Lower Saxony region, eventually becoming Regional Manager.
He later moved into communications, becoming Managing Director and co-owner of Max Fields GmbH and serving on the board of the German American Business Chamber of South Florida – gaining valuable international experience.
Michael is also passionate about sports and community engagement in the “Region 38”. He founded the Elm Peaks Challenge – a half-marathon event that has supported regional non-profits since 2009. During the pandemic, he also launched #wirzusammen GmbH – providing free support for freelancers and artists in crisis.
Michael additionally studied applied AI and, in his role at the Novobit Group GmbH, served as Global Head of Marketing & Sales and Global Head of Artificial Intelligence and Strategic Projects.
At Strats & Sparks, he now brings all that experience together – because he believes: the key to sustainable success lies in integrated consulting that bridges marketing, communication and future technologies.
Dr. Michael Strohmann

As a widely traveled expedition expert who considers the world his living room, Michael is deeply familiar with the nuances of dialogue between stakeholders with different backgrounds, expectations, and cultures. His private passion lies in endurance – both physical and mental – in all its forms.
“A good deal is more than a negotiation or alignment of interests,” says Strohmann, describing his sales philosophy.
“A good deal creates value for everyone involved – value that lies beyond contract terms. It’s about understanding, knowledge, empathy, respect, and self-awareness.”
Prof. Dr. Ramzi Guetari
A highly qualified IT expert with an outstanding career spanning more than 35 years in research, academia, and industry.
As a Doctor of Computer Science (PhD, University of Savoie, 1995), he began his career as a full-time researcher at the renowned INRIA in France, conducting fundamental research on adaptive software systems and formal verification methods.
His academic trajectory led him through roles as a visiting professor at EPFL Lausanne to a long-term position as an Associate Professor at the Higher Institute of Computer Science in Tunis (2009–2021). During this time, he taught numerous courses in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Algorithms, and Theoretical Computer Science, while also coordinating extensive research activities.
Alongside his academic career, he gained comprehensive industry experience in senior technical positions at international organizations such as WIPO in Geneva and as CTO at NESS Technologies. In these roles, he was responsible for major IT projects in document management and systems integration for clients including Novartis, ABN Amro, and the Bank for International Settlements.
More recently, as AI Program Director at novobit Group (2023–2025), he focused on the strategic leadership and development of groundbreaking AI projects, before assuming his current role as Global Head of AI Department at Strats & Sparks GmbH.
His extensive list of publications in international journals and conferences, the supervision of PhD students, and his broad research spectrum—from medical image analysis and relation extraction to AI-driven drug discovery—highlight his deep technical and scientific expertise across the entire field of AI and software engineering.
