As an assistant, you’ll be part of the organizational backbone of Strats & Sparks. You keep track of the essentials, keep things running, and provide relief where it matters. Responsibilities
- Establishing, managing and developing the new location
- Recruiting and supporting financial coaches
- Responsibility for revenue, quality and consulting success
- Developing and implementing regional sales strategies
- Representing the company at events, networking and meetings
- Promoting company culture and team dynamics
- Collaborating with management and local leadership teams
Your profile
- Completed degree or training in a business-related field
- Several years of experience in financial services or sales
- Leadership experience and strategic thinking
- Strong communication and implementation skills
- Enjoyment in building and leading a team
- High customer focus and sense of responsibility
- Ideally, knowledge of the local market
